问题
地址栏带有 ?v=0.6.4 等旧参数时，版本角标一直显示老版本——即使线上已更新。
原因
boot.js 原先 优先使用 URL ?v=，导致：
1. 角标显示 URL 里的旧版本
2. JS 资源按旧 ?v= 加载，命中浏览器旧缓存
