在样本管理页，第一步“已导入数据”进入页面后会延迟一段时间才从空状态跳到“当前任务有 1 个导入资产可作为来源”。期间页面没有显示“加载中”，用户会误以为没有导入资产或流程状态错误。
现象
- 进入样本管理页时，前端先按 imports=[] / samples=[] 渲染。
- 一段时间后 /api/task/imports 返回，页面才更新为“已就绪”。
- 用户看到的是状态跳变，而不是明确的加载过程。 ...
