キーワード抽出をLLM（無料モデル
nvidia/nemotron-nano-9b-v2:free）だけに頼っていたため、そのLLM呼び出しが失敗・レート制限（429）で落ちると、フォールバックが質問文まるごと（山口駿とは誰）での検索になっていた。Scrapbox全文検索は「山口駿とは誰」のような一続きの文字列ではヒットしない（該当ページにその部分文字列が存在しないため）。結果、エンティティのページが存在しても0件になっていた。 ...
