中文命名的图片文件（如 菜1.png）在读取和写入时失败。
- 读取：cv2.imread() 在 Windows 上不支持非 ASCII 路径
- 写入：cv2.imwrite() 同样不支持中文路径

将 cv2.imread(path) 替换为 cv2.imdecode(np.fromfile(path), ...)，np.fromfile ...
