현재 FE는 useState로만 화면을 전환하는 구조라 아래 문제가 발생한다.
- 새로고침 → role state가 초기화되어 항상 LoginPage로 이동
- 뒤로가기 → 브라우저 history가 React state와 무관하여 동작하지 않음
- 탭 전환 → URL이 바뀌지 않아 새로고침/공유 시 탭 위치 유실
