工作流程
1. 每 60 秒轮询 IMAP（mail.sjtu.edu.cn:993，readonly）
2. 检测新邮件（UID 上次最大 UID）
3. 通过飞书 API 推送通知（发件人、主题、时间、正文预览）
安全约束
- 永不发送邮件 — 不调用 SMTP
- 永不删除/标记已读/修改邮件 — IMAP ...
