生产环境配置与 JWT 提供者代码均夹带硬编码默认密钥。当部署时未通过环境变量注入 JWT_SECRET，应用使用该公开密钥签名和校验 JWT，攻击者可直接从源代码获取密钥并伪造任意身份（含管理员）的令牌，完全绕过认证与授权。
