📌 작업 개요
RAG 기반 문서 검색 기능을 구현하기 위해 업로드된 문서를 텍스트로 추출하고, 일정 길이 단위로 분할하여 document_chunks 테이블에 저장한다.
초기 구현에서는 embedding 저장 없이 문서 청크의 content만 저장하고, 이후 pgvector 연동 시 embedding 컬럼을 추가한다.
