概要 (Overview)
現在の退会機能では、退会ボタン押下後に確認処理がなく、そのまま退会処理が実行される。
誤操作による意図しない退会を防止するため、退会ボタン押下時に画面遷移を行わず、同一画面上に確認用モーダルダイアログを表示し、ユーザーへ最終確認を促す機能を追加する。
