注册接口中邮箱字段标记为选填，但用户不填写邮箱时注册失败。
复现步骤
1. 打开注册页面
2. 填写用户名和密码
3. 邮箱字段留空
4. 点击注册
预期行为
邮箱为选填项，留空时应正常完成注册。
实际行为
注册失败，返回错误（可能是后端校验将邮箱当作必填项，或空字符串未正确处理）。
