背景 / 目的
現状 HOME（玄関）画面がなく、起動時は前回モジュール（lastModule）が開く。マネージャの「作業机」（spec.md §1.4）として、座ったら自分の状況（個人）とチームの状況（チーム管理）を一望できる HOME を用意したい。
各モジュールのサマリーを俯瞰し、そこから各モジュールへ遷移するランチャー兼ダッシュボードとする。
