活動作成用のドッキングコンポーザーではルックアップ行の共通コンポーネント化が進んでいる一方、活動編集モーダル側には同等のルックアップ行 markup と props wiring が残っている。
既存の表示や入力挙動は維持したまま、編集モーダル側も共通部品を利用する形に整理し、活動フォーム周辺の重複を減らす。
