현재 AP 위치 추천 로직은 사용자가 입력한 BBox 내부를 step_m 간격으로 순회하며 AP 후보 좌표를 생성하고, 각 후보 위치에 대해 RSSI를 예측한 뒤 단순 점수 방식으로 상위 후보를 반환한다.
현재 점수 방식은 수신 포인트마다 다음 규칙을 적용한다.
