배경
검수에서 미진행으로 식별된 ③(공지/행사·세미나→캘린더)·⑥(콘솔 수동 일정 등록)을 통합 CalendarEvent 모델로 해결. 기존 일정은 전부 도메인 파생(집중형·학회) read-only 였고, 외부
행사·학사일정·세미나 등을 직접 등록할 수단이 없었음.
