OTA 승격(ota-promote.yml, beta→production)이 prod 매니페스트를 KV 키 하나(ota:android:production)에 덮어써서 직전 버전이 자동 보관되지 않던 문제를 고친다.
이제 승격 직전 현재 prod 를 ota:android:production:prev 로 백업 → 원클릭 롤백 가능.
