standard parse 在默认 markdown / --json 输出中，会把图片以内联 base64 data URI 的形式直接放进 content，例如：
img src= data:image/jpg;base64,/9j/4AAQSkZJRgABAQAAAQABAAD/...
这会让单个图片占用大量 content 字符数，导致 --limit 很快被 base64 ...
