在浏览器里实际运行并观察后，发现几个明显不符合人类使用习惯的问题：
1. note 形状尺寸失控
代码里写死 160×50 或 180×50，但 tldraw 的 note 形状实际是固定 200×200（最小），size 只能改字号。导致：
- 项目结构图节点纵向严重重叠。
- 依赖图节点横向挤在一起。
