流式输出期间，无论用哪种方式滚动到底部都会被强制弹回中间：
- 拖滑块 — 松手弹回
- 滚轮 — 自动弹回
- JS scrollTo — 被覆盖
- End 键 — 同样弹回
只有等输出完全停止后才能正常滚动。
疑似根因
虚拟滚动组件每次收到新 token 重新计算视口，覆盖用户滚动意图。
