🛠️ 만들고자 한 기능 설명
코드 포맷팅 일관성과 커밋 전 자동 검증을 위해 Prettier와 Husky + lint-staged를 함께 도입한다. ESLint는 범위에서 제외하며, lint-staged는 Prettier 포맷팅만 수행한다.
이후 추가될 CI 포맷 체크의 전제조건이 되는 작업이다.
