月予算の取得と作成はWeb側から対象月を渡しているが、更新・削除はDB側の current_date を使う current 系RPCで対象月を決めている。
解決したい課題
ユーザーがUI上で操作している対象月と、DBサーバー日付から算出される対象月がずれる可能性がある。特にローカル日付・タイムゾーン・月跨ぎの境界で、意図しない月の月予算を更新または削除するリスクがある。
