지역 선택 후 디바운스 URL 동기화 시 칩이 서울특별시 대신 코드 ** 11 **로 표시된다(button 11 제거 ). 재마운트/뒤로가기 시에도 동일.
원인
queryToFilter가 region 세그먼트 파싱 시 label: sido(코드 문자열)로 채움. URL에 라벨 정보가 없어 유실.
