当前插件支持订阅 B 站 UP 主并向指定会话推送动态、视频、专栏、转发、直播等消息。现有推送行为主要是普通群消息；直播场景存在 live_atall 选项，可尝试 @全体成员，但不支持在某个 UP 主的订阅推送中 @ 指定成员。
希望新增一个可选能力：订阅某个 UP 主后，当该 UP 主产生相关推送消息时，可以自动 @ 配置的具体群成员，便于群内定向提醒。
