PR #69 场镜次确认卡的触发条件=语音双跑自一致性比对(承重字段不一致→弹卡)。A/B 实测(np_voice_eval 23 case×3 runs)发现共性上游盲区,两种架构(两步式/一步式)都三次一致地听错:
