データ整理タブを開いた直後や、設定タブ切替後にプレビュー（削除対象件数・一覧）が更新されないことがある。
原因
refreshCleanupPreview() が settings-panel-cleanup.hidden で早期 return していた。タブ表示切替のタイミングと DOM の hidden
属性更新がずれると、プレビュー取得がスキップされる。
