背景
tests/test_regressions.py 当前仍然很大，包含多个领域的回归测试和大量内联 fixture / mock 数据。它已经能提供重要覆盖，但继续把所有回归测试集中在一个文件里，会影响定位、审阅和后续维护。
当前仓库已有 tests/fixtures/ golden corpus，可以继续沿这个方向把测试数据和测试模块逐步拆开。
