目前完成了手動篩選標籤指派用戶連結圖文選單 自動旅程 但仍無法解決用戶動態加入標籤時 實時更新新用戶狀態(即新加入標籤用戶能否直接開始自動旅程 取得圖文選單，而非每次皆須人工新增)
故修正方向為
1. 圖文選單可綁定標籤，當用戶在任一場景被加上指定標籤時，系統可自動將該用戶連結至對應圖文選單。
2. 自動旅程可透過標籤或關鍵字觸發，讓用戶自動加入指定旅程。
綁定限制 一個標籤 → 同時綁定最多一張圖文選單 ...
