Current behavior: Export 按鈕對所有使用者顯示，點擊後會導向錯誤（viewer 無權限匯出）。
Expected behavior: Viewer 使用者看不到 Export 按鈕（或顯示為 disabled）。
Context:
- Viewer role 只有唯讀權限，無法進行匯出操作 ...

受注確定時の在庫引き当て処理（InventoryDAO.decreaseStock）で、同一商品に対して同時に複数の受注が競合すると在庫が二重に減算される。在庫残数がマイナスになるケースも発生しうる。
処理の流れ:
1. getStock() で現在の在庫数を取得
2. 引き算した新しい在庫数を計算
3. UPDATE で書き込む
