서버 포털 동기화가 접수번호 받고 폴링 방식(#111/#112)으로 바뀌었다. 앱의 syncPortal()은 옛 방식(한 연결로 대기)을 호출하고 있어 교체 필요. 아직 어느 화면에서도 안 쓰는 메서드라 UI 영향
