AI 推定後に保存した食事を、後から呼び出して PFC 含め修正・上書きしたい。現状の food_log は追記専用で行を一意特定する手段がなく、読み出し・更新パスもない。本 issue はその土台（id 列 + 読み出し/更新 API +
一覧UI）を作る。後続の「今日の合計表示 / よく食べるクイック登録」「その日まとめFB」はこの読み出し API を再利用する。
