사용내역서 월 삭제 시 화면에서는 삭제된 것처럼 보이지만, 새로고침하면 삭제한 월이 다시 표시됨.
🔍 재현 방법
1. 프로젝트 상세 페이지 진입
2. 월별 사용내역서에서 특정 월 삭제
3. 화면에서는 해당 월 카드가 사라짐
4. 페이지 새로고침
5. 삭제했던 월이 다시 표시됨
