Bug Description
在 nanobot/session/manager.py 中，find_legal_message_start 函数存在逻辑缺陷。
当消息序列中用户消息后面跟着 孤立的工具结果 （没有对应 assistant 调用的工具消息）时，函数会返回列表长度，导致 retained[start:] 变成空列表，所有消息都被丢弃。
