修复当前线上截图暴露的两个 UI 问题：
1. 左侧正文可能被选项区域压住；
2. 多段正文没有稳定出现翻页按钮。
做了什么
- 多段正文强制分页：桌面端每页最多 2 段，手机端每页最多 1 段。
- 降低分页字符阈值，让翻页更稳定出现。
- 场景卡片进入分页状态时增加 has-scene-pager 标记。
- 正文区、翻页区、选项区增加明确分隔。
- 选项只在最后一页显示，不再提前挤压正文。 ...
