问题描述
在 管理模式 → 治理 → 配额管理 → 告警管理 → 偏好设置 弹窗中：
- 邮件通知只有一个开关（email_enabled）
- 无法配置邮件接收地址
- 无法配置邮件发送服务器（SMTP）
- 开启邮件通知后，不知道邮件会发送到哪里
