Agent 的 session.json 只保存最后一条 user + assistant 对话，每次自动回复时历史被覆盖。
根因
src/lib/chat.ts 中 savePartialState 用 append-and-replace 逻辑，最后一条 assistant 消息每次被替换。session 中没有持久化机制来保存完整的对话历史。
