- 流程级别有 启动 按钮，版本级别没有 启用 按钮
- 多个版本可以同时显示 启用 状态（如 v1、v2 都显示 启用 ），无法区分哪个版本是真正在用的
- 流程条目上有 编辑 按钮，但编辑应该在版本级别进行，而非流程级别
- 没有限制：只有启用的版本才能被配置到流程配置中
