背景・目的
本番環境（EC2）でサインアップ・ログインが「登録に失敗しました」となる。
原因
axios.ts の baseURL が http://localhost:8080 のため、ブラウザが直接 localhost:8080 にリクエストを送ろうとする。
しかしブラウザの localhost はユーザーのPC（ポート8080は開いていない）を指すため接続できない。
