- 로그인 화면: 키보드와 폼 사이 큰 빈 공간 → 웹 느낌
- 관리자 페이지: 텍스트 필드 포커스 시 하단 네비게이션 바가 키보드와 함께 따라 올라옴

SCR-04 배치 화면에서 classification=confirmed + placement_status=ready_partial 인데 좌표(lat/lng)가 없는 카드가 처리가 필요한 카드 (배치 불가)로
분류됩니다. 그런데 사용자가 이 카드를 직접 풀 수 있는 동작이 없어 막다른 상태가 됩니다.
