概要
検分で発見したP1問題の根治。ChatMemberService の addMembers / removeMember で、チャンネルの一般MEMBER が他人をkick・メンバー追加できてしまっていた。
問題
existsByChannelIdAndUserId（存在確認のみ）でチェックしていたため、チャンネルに所属していれば役割に関係なく操作できた。
