首页 index.html 完全没有使用 Jinja2 模板变量——它手写了策略卡片，硬编码标题、描述、图标和跳转链接。同样 web.py 有 8 个几乎重复的路由函数和 5 个独立的 HTML 模板。
具体表现
- index.html 手写了 3 个策略卡片，系统实际有 7+ 个策略
- 新增第 8 个策略时必须在 index.html 里手动加卡片
