importCourses（JSON 列表导入）有与 T2-5 相同的原子性 bug：@Transactional 内循环逐行 try/catch 吞异常 continue，导致部分行成功落库、部分失败，事务形同虚设。
方案
去掉逐行 catch，任一行校验/保存失败抛 BusinessException 触发整批回滚，与 Excel 导入一致。
