现象
导入文件夹处理 PDF，部分文件失败后点重试，所有文件（包括已成功的）被重新处理。如果文件夹有 50 个 PDF、3 个失败，重试意味着重新跑 50 个。
原因
CLI 的 collect_input_documents（mineru/cli/client.py 第 499–503 行）无差别 glob 文件夹下所有 PDF，没有 输出已存在则跳过 的逻辑：

GUI 工作流3处理文件夹中的 PDF 时，如果有文件失败，状态栏只显示 失败 ，通知显示 任务失败: 失败 (退出码: 1) 。无法知道哪个文件出了什么问题。
原因
mineru/cli/gui.py 的 _create_workflow3（第 1030–1057 行）把 uv run mineru 子进程当成黑盒，只拿退出码：
