现象
某些文件转出的 flac，在部分播放器里不显示封面（如 AViVA - GRRRLS.ncm）。
根因
封面其实已写入 flac，但 mutagen 的 Picture 块 width/height/depth/colors 全为 0（写 write_flac_tags
时未填）。严格的播放器据此判定封面无效而不显示；宽松的播放器才显示。mime 也被硬编码为
image/jpeg。
