背景
#9の完全リセットは元画像URL（Wikimedia等）からの再取得方式だが、429 (Too Many Requests) が頻発して「元画像の再取得に失敗」になる。外部依存をやめたい。
やりたいこと
元画像（加工前の素の画像）をVPSのデータ領域に保存しておき、リセット時はローカルコピーから即復元する。
