在 26 场景对话质量评测全绿（100 分）的基线上，针对焦虑、生病、节日孤独等场景做了拟真度迭代。根因是情感词典未覆盖「紧张」「记不住」「感冒」「落寞」等词，导致 user_sentiment 为中性、数字人表情停留在「平静」。
