当模型进行单次推理/思考（thinking/reasoning）时间超过约 2 分钟时，界面会卡住，最终不返回任何内容，用户只能中断会话重新开始。
复现步骤
1. 向模型提出一个需要深度推理的复杂任务
2. 等待模型思考超过 2 分钟
3. 观察：界面无响应，无任何文字返回
期望行为
模型应该完整返回推理结果，无论思考时间多长。
