- 心里想 他又来了 烦 → 嘴上： 嗯
- 心里想 挺心动 → 嘴上端着
- 心里想 想关心但不想太明显 → 嘴上找借口式关心
内心和嘴上之间的落差就是真人感的核心来源。这是 ChatGPT 没明确说但同样重要的一点（我自己加的方向 #6）。
