概要
「キャンプ画面でヒールなどの野営スキルを押しても完全に無反応（他のボタンは反応する）」という不具合を修正しました。
原因（ヘッドレス検証で特定）
DOMスタブで campCast を直接実行して確認した結果、campCast のロジック自体は正常でした:
- 単体ヒール（負傷者あり）→ 対象選択ウィンドウが正しく表示される
- 全体ヒール → HP回復＋MP消費が正しく行われる ...
