背景
群建议：把 UI 的东西放到 texture 里面。这个方向适合整理 RTS 当前越来越复杂的 UI 视觉元素，减少代码中临时绘制的重复细节。
当前问题
- 一些 UI 元素在代码中直接画矩形、边框、图标或文字组合。
- 不同面板可能有相似但不完全一致的背景、边框和按钮风格。
- 后续如果做更完整的 UI 主题或美术迭代，纯代码绘制会比较难统一。
