在 Web 端，当用户在一个已关注的 channel 下手工创建新子区时，新子区不会自动被关注。子区只出现在 最近 tab，用户需要手动右键 添加为关注 。
相比之下，龙虾（Bot）创建的子区能自动出现在关注 tab（因为龙虾创建后会立即在子区发消息，触发 IM 会话同步 → sidebar reload → buildFollowItems 动态构建子区 item）。
