背景
CLI 现在使用包目录作为输出根目录。对于本仓库内的 npm script 没问题，但通过 npx 或全局安装使用时，--output work/*.md 应该写入调用者当前项目，而不是包安装目录。
目标
把模板读取路径和用户输出路径分开：模板仍从包目录读取，生成的工作稿、工作包和反馈草稿默认写入调用者当前目录。
